WHAT TO EXPECT

Pure brides can expect the very best. From start to finish we aim to simplify the beauty process of your big day. Just like all things, we want to keep it PURE & simple.

Booking:

Your first step is to reach out to us regarding your special day. Here are a few things we need to know.

  • Wedding Date

  • The number of people receiving services and what they want to have done

  • The time you need to be finished with your services and leaving our space.

Our bridal coordinator will take it from there. She will reach out to you regarding the availability of your date, a timeline to expect for your day, and what your next step should be.

+ A few booking tips

  • Call early to inquire about your date. We operate on a first come, first serve, bases so getting your name down early is the best way to ensure you can get in when you need to.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking- this is how we secure your day. We recommend chatting with our bridal coordinator about the best practices with the deposit so you can get a better understanding of how we handle this.

  • Reservations of 3 or more must pay as one. We will have you put a card on file at the time of booking to be used for final payment which can happen 60 days, 30 days, or day before the wedding.

  • As of 60 days out from your day, we must have a final head count. After this time, any changes or cancellations made to the service list will have to be paid for in full (can be taken out of your deposit).

  • We recommend booking your trial at the same time you book your big day. This will ensure we can get you in when you need to, with your service providers for the big day. It is best to schedule your trial for about 1 month before your big day.

The Preparation:

After your wedding beauty services are booked, the fun can really begin! We like to get our brides set up to feel beautiful for their big day.

Hair

  • Set up a complimentary consultation with the stylist who will be providing your day of services and create a “hair plan”. Schedule out any cuts, colors, and deep conditioning treatments your hair will need leading up to your big day so that it is timed out perfectly. This will ensure your perfect look for the special day.

  • Have your wedding day hair trial. During your trial you will work with your stylist to come up with and try out your desired wedding day look! This is the time to voice your opinion and make sure your hair is everything you want it to be. We like to have trials between 1- 2 months out from your big day.

Skin

  • Meet with one of our talented estheticians to walk through all of your skins needs up until the big day. This may include adding in a monthly facial or treatment to your routine.

  • Have a makeup trial with the makeup artist who will be taking care of you on the big day. This is usually scheduled for the same day as the hair trial- so you can see the whole look all together. Once again, make sure you take this time to be honest and work out anything you don’t love.

  • Spray tan. Make sure to schedule a few spray tans before your big day so you can get a feel for how they work, what shade you want, and if there are any issues for you personally.

On the Big Day:

We want your special day to be as easy and care free as possible. Because we have already handled all of the booking and done a trial, this is your chance to sit back, relax, and enjoy your day! If at any time you have any questions, issues, or needs our bridal coordinator will be there to handle everything.

+ Tips for Special Day

  • Make sure that everyone that is receiving hair services comes to the salon with clean + dry hair.

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your service to ensure that you are settled and everyone’s services can start on time

  • You can bring food and drinks to our space to enjoy that morning. We will have a special area designated for your group. In the salon we do provide coffee and water for your group.

  • Keep in mind no one is allowed to do their own makeup or hair within our space. If you have members of your bridal party who will not be paying for services be sure to schedule a time for them to do their hair and makeup outside of our salon.
